Creamy Pumpkin Mousse with Maple Whipped Cream

Ingredients
For the Mousse:
- 15 oz. canned pumpkin puree
- ½ c. heavy cream
- ¼ c. Greek yogurt
- 3 T. maple syrup
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- ½ t. ground cinnamon
- ¼ t. ground ginger
- ¼ t. ground nutmeg
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Pinch of sea salt
For the Whipped Cream:
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 2 T. maple syrup
- ½ t. vanilla extract
Preparation

Make mousse: In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, cream, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and all spices until smooth.

Divide: Divide mousse among 6 serving glasses or bowls.

Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

Make whipped cream: Just before serving, whip heavy cream with maple syrup and vanilla until soft peaks form.

Top: Top each mousse with a dollop of maple whipped cream.

Serve: Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
This dessert can be made up to 4 hours ahead. Add whipped cream just before serving to keep it fresh.
