What I uncover pleases me, and I am determined to rid myself of anything that no longer serves my higher purpose. This is the perfect moment to rest, relax, rejuvenate, and connect with what truly matters.

During this transformative period, my daily routine revolves around embracing stillness, indulging in peaceful solitude, practicing meditation, and engaging in gentle yoga sessions. Food no longer dominates my thoughts; instead, the absence of food facilitates healing within my body and allows me to establish a profound connection with my conscious essence.
