Special Gifts for YOU ~

Tis the Season of Giving
and Adorning Trees

Aloha Beautiful Souls,

I hope this newsletter finds you well and with love in your hearts. I wanted to share some interesting facts about Christmas trees and a poem I wrote entitled A Recipe From the Trees. I also have a special gift for you below!

First some interesting Facts:

Americans cut down 15,094,678 Christmas trees in 2017, according to the most recent year of data from the U.S. Agriculture Department. Christmas tree farms take up 461 square miles in total in the U.S., according to the USDA. 2020 Christmas is looking like a bumper year for the Christmas tree business as more people will understandably find comfort having a live tree in their home. Even better is having a living tree, one that comes potted in soil, adding health microbiome in your home, while sequestering carbon.

Houseplants do the opposite of what we do when we breathe: they release oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide. Not only are they beautiful to look at, but they also freshen up the air and eliminate harmful toxins. Research by NASA has revealed that houseplants can remove up to 87 percent of air toxins in twenty-four hours! Fewer toxins equate to healthier immune systems. The more we plant, and the more house plants we have, the healthier the Earth’s immune system. It makes sense to have a living Christmas tree in your home that will not dry out and end in the landfill.?

What can we Learn from the
Rings of a Tree?

By studying the rings of a tree, we can better understand its life and relate it to our own. The rings show us when there were years of drought and when there were years of growth. All cycles in our life offer transformational shifts. Wisdom and resilience help us get through challenges that have the potential to stunt our growth permanently. The good news is we have choices. When we explore the rings and the roots of our past, we gain a greater understanding.

Understanding enables us
to regenerate.

Like a tree, we, too, are affected by our surroundings, and the elements that make up our lives. When conditions are right, we grow and expand. When a lack of love or nourishment befalls us, our growth is hindered. But a big difference between us and a tree, is a tree is rooted in one place; we can move. We can shift directions whenever we choose and compost what does not serve us and nurture what does. For example, we can quit our jobs, get out of a bad relationship, or do whatever it takes to move on.

When we understand and accept our roots, we are more resilient
and able to move forward.

As you move into the holiday season, during the COVID era, consider the greatest gifts you can give yourself and others. A healthy mindset and Big Love. When we share our love and positivity, we replenish and regenerate us and others.

Recipe From the Trees:

I wish to thank everyone who has supported me on my writer’s journey; for purchasing my books and writing reviews. It means the world to me that my work is helping so many.

This is the first draft of the book cover for my forthcoming book, Conscious Cures for the 21st Century Pandemics. I would sincerely appreciate any feedback!

I am also looking for beta readers who will read the book and write a review. I am offering all beta readers a signed copy of the book and a 6-week 12 hour, Living Like the Future Matter Course, which is full of positivity, interviews with healing practitioners, culinary classes, and much more!

Conscious Cures is a timely read. The book addresses not only the health pandemic, but also the political, economic, environmental, food and drug, inequality, fear, media, and conspiracy pandemics. It offers Soulutionsfor the 21st Century. I do believe anyone who cares about the future will find value in this book. Please let me know if you would like to be a beta reader.
