If we could keep talking, I would thank you for joining me on our blessed journey together and ask more questions about yourself. It seems we all have so many questions these days. How do you feel? What are you doing to stay healthy? Are you getting out? Did you get vaccinated? How was your experience? Do you feel safer now?
The first section of this post comes from a section of my new book,
Conscious Cures ~ Soulutions to 21st Century Pandemics
As we mature, we realize we want to self-govern. We have all experienced this rebellious stage growing up. When that phase ends, we discover the authority we hold within ourselves and begin the self-actualization journey. We go beyond our parents, teachers, and peers for answers. To make that shift, we accept our ability to make our own decisions and claim our power. Purposeful power comes with experience and discernment.
As we get older, we can get stuck in old patterns and mask our physical and emotional pain. After all, that is what painkillers and antidepressants are for — to help us forget the source of hurt by masking the symptoms, right? We may temporarily forget the pain once we feel better, but it returns if we ignore the source. It only gets worse. Artificial cushions of medication are no substitute for truth. When we pay attention to the cause, instead of merely masking the symptoms, we can heal. This truth applies to all areas of our life. What messages are you experiencing?
The virus contains messages for each of us. While we struggle to understand what those messages mean, it is worthy of our time to air our experiences, differences, and likenesses and strengthen our relationships with ourselves and others. Do you agree?
A Conscious Cure – It’s better to express than get depressed. During these evolutionary times, we might find it hard to share our feelings. It’s easy to get misunderstood and bottle up our emotions. It’s never a good idea.
Reach out to those who truly care about you and appreciate you for who you are and what you are going through. We could all use some extra love and compassion. Never underestimate how Peace and Love can change our world.
Energy vampires are not your friends. We feel so much better when we are heard versus when we are misunderstood. If there are people in your life who are hurting you and you can’t resolve the conflict, let go of that negativity and focus on positivity. Sometimes, it’s easier said than done, but it’s a choice we get to make. Once you let go of toxins and toxic people, you feel better.
I hope you know how wonderful you are and that there is always someone who cares enough to listen. If you know someone going through a hard time, reach out with your loving eyes and lend an ear.
Big Love ~ Mama D
