We can either go dark or head for the light during multiple crises
and learn from the circumstances.

Preparedness: Awakened Thoughts

From a chapter in my book Conscious Cures ~ Soulutions to 21st Century Pandemic

ARE YOU PREPARED FOR WHAT’S YET TO COME - Donna Maltz Blog

Now is an opportune time to get to know yourself better, notice what you love to do, and tune into your purpose in life. It’s also time to dig deeper for answers and ways to resurrect our existence and live more in harmony with Nature. It’s time to ask ourselves questions such as: What can I do to improve myself, my family life, relationships, and my community? How can I help take care of the Earth, our world — our home? How might this scary era, at the sacrifice of so many, bring more peace and justice? What can I do about it?

Ask yourself if you are truly living the life you wish to live, and if that answer is no, then get to work to change it. This job looks different for each of us. We don’t know the hell that others might go through, but we know ourselves better than anyone else. If you don’t, take the time to get to know YOU rather than let others influence you to the point of confusion. When there is compassion, we acknowledge improvement is possible, and we can seek help. Being prepared for change rather than being part of the living dead, sad and aimless, just getting – going through the motions, instead, contributes to a better life and world. This takes doing the work. We all hold within us the power to change and impact who we are, as we are.

These evolutionary times require vision, ingenuity, and spiritual fortitude, and guidance. If you wish to see a difference in your world, be resilient. Fortify your mental and physical health and build your immune system. By communicating with those who support you, you get closer to resolving conflict and warding off personal demons. Envision better opportunities and get in touch with your truth. Holding space, and supporting one another’s reality, gives you insights into achieving more inclusive results in your inner circle and communities. With discernment and diplomacy, you can offer resolutions to the pressing issues rather than ignite hostility and rage, which only regresses the process. Communication opens pathways that lead us to answers.

BIG changes present significant opportunities.

Some of us have more options than others, making it easier to get motivated. Others might feel defeated while trying to adapt to a new way of living and need extra TLC from those willing to help. If we genuinely talk about the darkness with an open mind, maybe more hearts will open, and we can get prepared together. We can share love and light and hold each other accountable. How we approach any situation determines the outcome. When we help others, we help ourselves. Prepared for the worst, we can prevent catastrophes. There are ample reasons to find value and purpose as we redefine the new paradigm.

It is not about being a Democrat or Republican, Independent, or a Green Party member. Those are social constructs that conquer and divide us. Like in sports, religion, and competitive businesses, governments have become arrogant and dangerous. The end goal seems to be victory or defeat, but what about everything in between? What happened to the saying, “It’s not whether you win or lose; it’s how you play the game”? I grew up with the notion that “foul play is for cowards,” and “being ethical is for heroes.”

I say, let’s not panic or stress out, but get ready for it all. Don’t let these pandemics bring you down! Being educated and proactive is critical to healing a wound, and the faster we take care of it, the quicker it heals. It’s mind-boggling to think that billions of people worldwide dramatically altered their daily routines in just a matter of weeks. It proves we can mobilize when it comes to life or death. As we stop our wasteful ways, the Earth can heal, and we get healthier. When we stop buying the wrong stuff and stop buying into the deceit, things are destined to improve and change.

Many people acknowledge we do not need most of what our
sick economy dishes out and corrupt governments implement.

Each flame for justice is significant. Embrace faith and improve your life and the lives of your loved ones and those in your community. This axiom will always hold true: “Fortune follows misfortune.” We can use the adversity we face in life as fuel to help us awaken to the next level. We are waking up now and recognize how important it is to gather our positive power and bring balance back into our world. It all starts when our energy reverberates within our communities and beyond! Prepared, we can be the change we wish to see in the world. We can adopt a conscious mindset that contributes and values diversity and equality over nonessential goods and energy vampires.

With all the advancements in society, you would think we would have achieved world peace by now, and a health pandemic would be unheard of! We have the responsibility, challenge, and opportunity to bring about brilliant advances to work in harmony with the rest of the world. Do you agree?
